I am always fascinated by stars and I got a chance to photograph the stars out in Payne Lake which is in southern Alberta near the US border. A close friend of mine passed away that week and I knew he was there with me. The stars and my friend will be in my mind and my heart forever. This photograph is dedicated to him.
