I took this photo of my grand baby when he was two. He loved to hide and then surprise us and got very disappointed if we weren't paying attention or made "isn't that cute?" noises. Here he'd hidden in a pool bathroom and we were frantic to find him (because we hadn't been paying him enough attention). We shouted, called for help, and still no Noah. Just as my daughter and I were on the edge of complete panic, he jumped out from behind the wall laughing. We screamed at him and my daughter gave him a finger-wagging angry talking to which sent him into tears. He retreated into the bathroom again. As I waited for them I set my camera to catch him coming out, offering a big hug if he gave me a smile. This is the best he could do, but to me it is a precious moment. I then crumbled into tears and he came over to comfort me!
