I want to know about what's under the table. Is 'under the table' a good thing, or a bad thing?

Charles Rushton said (30 Jun 2012):

On the floor under the table are a stack of proof sheets for my book. The printer was throwin them out and I though I might cut them up to individual pages. I did get quite a few cut. But you know how it goes with time consuming projects. The stack on the floor are on my 'to do' list.
