St. Louis, MO

jpger meet up

This sp was taken at St. Louis Cemetery. I don't really feel comfortable to be in a cemetery nor around dead people. :-( the blurry image? Just because my hands are shaking, nahhh :-)

Bellafontaine Cemetery

this post is inspired by Davide's post

In the Meet me at St. Louis, MO photo essay.

That is a common fear and a great entry for the challenge. Many years ago a a pair of teenagers went into a cemetery at night for a make out session and little did they know that Ed Gein a Wisconsin grave robber/cannibal was in the process of digging up a freshly buried corpse. He hid in the open grave the whole time they were there ...Ed Gein told about it later when he was arrested. That would give anyone a phobia.

Litz - Bravo for trying. I hate heights, and really don't see WHY I should "confront" my fears. If I get dizzy and fall off high things, then it is a good idea to be afraid. ;-)

Very creative SP. I actually find cemeteries fascinating, especially ones with old and artistic headstones.
