This little Seahorse latched its tail to a rock and just stayed there. I had hoped to get the photo while it was swimming. but It must have been tired and stopped to rest or take a nap.

If you are having extremely hot temps there as we are here I can see where it needed to rest..It has been hard on the wild life..I like the angle of it looking down...Cute shot!

This photo is so lovely, Ann. I have always been fascinated by seahorses, and was amazed when I first learned that the males give birth! I think the way this seahorse wrapped his tail around the rock made for a fabulous photograph. It has a magical look to it, with the rocks and beautiful purple and green colors standing out as a stark contrast to the darkness in the background. One of your best photos imo!!! I love it!!!
