First heard about it when I stayed with the Gune family at Nasik (India, 2007). The 75 year old grandmother used to walk early morning over to the neighborhood community center and I would see her coming back light and smiling as I woke up for Chai.

The first time I practiced it was in Prescott ( Arizona, 2010). I only attended 2 classes. We were 3 students and the teacher at the first and 2 at the second, a 93 year old in a wheelchair and myself. We could both do all the exercises.

Since then I do it in my car, while driving (pure laughing, no hand gestures), with morning yoga or while taking a walk...

Yawnings come often, a relaxation symptom for me...

Recommended !

Here in Tanzainan 'Mzungu' (foreigner) tshirt and though the Gune's made me fit in just like another family member.
