A: Do you know?

The crane on the right is a common fixture all over Italy. This type of crane is used to refurbish old buildings and to build new ones. When I captured this image in the beautiful Tuscan city of Siena the dome of its 12th century duomo was getting a face lift.

This is amazing!! All those buildings look centuries old. Imagine the generations down the years who have worked, lived and built these amazing structures of history. Well captured, Deb.

Fabulous example of changes, some even for the good. I love the mix of old and new. But the older I get I seem to become somewhat irritated at changes. I recall a verse from a Patty Loveless song...."life's about changes, nothing ever stays the same." I LOVE this photo which you composed and photographed so beautifully, Deborah! A very professional shot!!!
