In USA i's a little different.Here's what happened to me yesterday morning:
"What are you doing here?" I heard a voice behind me. Turned around to find 2 policemen standing tall near their car. "Cleaning my car" I said. "That's all?", "Yes". "Did you use the toilet?", "No" I answered puzzled. "Did you take a pee?", "Oh, a pee" I got it, "Ya". "You know you can be arrested ?", "arrested, why? all dog owners bring their dogs to pee here". "Dogs are allowed but not you", "why? dog pee is even more stinky?". "Yes, but you are not allowed to expose yourself in public" ??!!! (needless to say I don't enjoy it either & stood well covered by bushes, however a neighbor watched me from behind through a window 60 feet away, as the policeman explained and called them)
