Not to split hairs, this is an adorable image- but the guidelines clearly state, and I quote, " To submit to this theme, you must have a description with your review of the book and you , YOU must be visible in the frame of the photograph." And that is why I jam on so many images on this site. There is very little regard for the guidelines for any given theme. I'm not against interpretation, art is all about interpretation. I just feel that there is a "clique" of members on this site who blow each other way too much without offering solid critique, or constructive criticism for that matter, which will challenge one to become a better artist. Think about it. you see the same names under Hot photos just padding stats for that purpose. Popularity. That is not a blanket condemnation to all photographers here; many, including you, are very talented. But if you look at any given theme, you'll see a pattern. Same names giving props to images of the same members that don't fit a certain theme. I understand the dynamic of friendships among members but c'mon folks....lets challenge one another to be better, to explore and challenge ourselves to be better! If JPG puts out a challenge to capture falling water, don't throw an image in of a woman showing her breasts in front of a pond. That's too easy and while it shows water in the backdrop, it ain't what the theme is calling for. That's all I'm saying.
