This sculpture, which I believe is a fountain (we were there early in the a.m.), is made entirely of wire. Presumably from a Salish tribe, she even wears a cradleboard and is about life size.
It sits outside the Red Poppy Gallery in Polson, I believe. The gallery is online. She is AMAZING! I would love to see more of the artist's work.
Too bad we had to hurry on. It would have been a fun visit.
