For my November 1st birthday, Nicole and I ventured to the mostly torn down Enchanted Forest in Hope Valley, RI. (Not to be confused with Hope, RI - the subject of this photo.) This abandoned kiddie amusement park was up until recently a great location for creative photography. Now few structures remain as most have been the subject of vandalism. Here stands the teeny tiny schoolhouse which I photographed through the overgrown vegetation.
This was the first time I tried the Arista film. Very interesting results to say the least! Seems to be a pretty good match for the Diana+ and what I look for in experimental photography.
You can purchase this, and other photos of mine at mylatehope.imagekind.com.
Created using my Diana+ with ARISTA.EDU ULTRA B&W DX120 ISO 400 film. Negative scanned with my Epson v700 Perfection scanner. No digital manipulation used!

I love this.....the whole feel of it just reaches in and *gets* me. (bu t I agree...there is just a touch of eerie with it....like..."Little House on the Prairie" after the aliens came and took all the children or something...heh

I too have tired arista film (used in a holga) and loved the results. I love this image, especially the halo that the Diana made around the lower edges of the photograph. I miss working with film....great job..voted!
