Title refers to the name of the cafe, which is sort of Australian. And in Australia, when a local wants to express pleasant surprise and appreciation for something, they just might say "That's the ant's pants." Kinda of like when we in North America say "That's the cat's meow."
The photograph on the wall is of the cafe's outside seating area. The shot has a shallow DOF, but I wanted the photo on the wall to be in focus while keeping the condiments against the wall out of focus. So, I took a second shot with the wall photo in focus and then combined the two in Photoshop using a layer mask.
