As some of you know who come to my site, my husband and I have been power walking twice daily averaging 2 miles a day now to lose weight..and we are eating a healthier diet..
We've been walking on rough ground on our gravel driveway and through the woods, on a mowed path with sharp weeds sticking up and dodging prickly spruce tree branches through some of the path that we walk through...Not all fun and games...
We started this project on July 9th....I bought myself a pair of new jeans- shorts today and
a Route 66 name brand blouse set with a camisole that I am wearing on this self portrait ...but purposely did not buy them in the size that I wear now...I can't get the shorts zipped in front yet as they are only a size 8... I need to lose the flab on my upper arms for the blouse to fit better and in my mid section for the shorts to fit ...I am going to be 69 next month on Sept 5th and hopefully I'll be able to get into this outfit a little better by then... It's a goal to work for:)
