Yesterday my husband and I went to the fair on Senior Day and we really enjoyed watching the goats, in the process of being judged... The farm animals brought to the County Fair are raised by the 4H children in the community.
We had to park our car a mile from the fair as the parking lot was filled to capacity. I think we averaged around 5 miles of walking around the fair grounds, including our early morning and evening walks...It was a pleasantly cool day for the fair goers and for the animals in the barns who did not suffer from the heat.
