A strange thing happens when I fish, the 7 plus decades fade away and I once again become a young boy, just like this lad. An integral part of my surroundings, at ease, enjoying life and ever hopeful for the excitement of catching a fish or seeing an amazing sight provided by nature.
And that, my friends, is why I fish.
