On June 29th villages all over the beautiful Balearic island of Mallorca celebrate Sant Pere, the patron saint of fisherman. Part of the celebration involves local boats following a lead boat, carrying a statue of the saint, out around the nearest harbor. Captured these boats on Sant Pere day from our apartment in Port d' Alcudia, where we had the great pleasure of living for about three and a half years.
