On June 29th villages all over the beautiful Balearic island of Mallorca celebrate Sant Pere, the patron saint of fisherman. The festivities begin with a parade that includes a statue of the saint. Those dressed in white represent fishermen. They're walking on a wild herb that fills the air with a heavenly scent. Captured this scene from our apartment in Port d' Alcudia, where we had the pleasure of living for three and a half years.
