I have been working at loosing weight. I have lost 20 lbs. so far so I treated myself to this outfit, in a smaller size than I had been wearing : )

The older we get the harder it is to loose weight. My weight loss has been very gradual. I have lost before and it just came back on, so this time I am truly changing my eating habits and getting more exercise. I have a lot more that I want to loose. Right now I am at a frustrating plateau that has held stubborn for a bit over three months, but I tell myself that this is good, at least I am not gaining it back. Thank you all for your positive comments, that will help remind me to not back slide!
