My healthy breakfast
If you love an image (whether it's yours or someone else's) and want to make sure others get a chance to see it, you can “feature” it by choosing the “Spotlight” button.

This morning morning I had 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, with mixed fresh fruits, some walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Apricot halves on the side, Walnut Multigrain bread with a thin layer of Smart Balance buttery spread with a thin layer of Cherry and Blueberry low sugar fruit spread. I had an 8 oz. glass of a Green Superfood, Gogi & Acai berry drink powder, with 1% milk mixed in with the drink powder. My tea is Cranberry with Ginseng Herb plus B-complex, it is a Hibiscus based tea.
I vary my breakfasts, having different healthy choices. I do not consider this 'dieting', my meal choices these days are healthy foods, in moderation, along with exercise - mostly swimming and/or walking. I do some exercises with a 5 lb. kettle ball to improve my strength. I am loosing weight slowly with my lifestyle changes and I feel better.
