The central hall of the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. is one of the most beautiful rooms that I have ever seen. The main reading room was more beautiful of course, and infinitely larger, but it was off-limits for photography.

    Thank you. This was a handheld shot. I doubt if they would allow me to take a tripod inside that building.
