Most mornings I just have a fruit smoothie for breakfast and drink it while I'm working on a project, like I'm doing at this very moment. The type of fruit in my smoothie varies (today blueberries), but always contains some crushed ice and 2% organic milk, all natural nonfat Greek yogurt and 2 Tbsp of organic ground premium flaxseed. At times I also add a bit of honey.
