I am trying to eat a healthy, yet powerful breakfast to give a tasty boost to my day. This is a typical breakfast at our little cottage. I like granola cereal which contains slivered almonds and cranberries. I sprinkle a teaspoon of Truvia on top. Next I add sliced strawberries with blueberries in the center. I really don't like milk so using skim milk doesn't bother me at all. I only use it for a little moisture. Of course I have to have my cup of coffee with non-fat milk and Truvia. The vitamin C which I need comes from a glass of orange juice. We like the kind with "most pulp." This is a breakfast with lots of taste, crunch, natural sweetness, and warmth from the coffee. It is a very low calorie and nutritional breakfast I can live with!
