Q: What is the secret to great B&W photos?

A: Do you know?

While in Gunnison, I shot several of the houses in town. Gunnison is a place everyone should see before reaching their expiration date. Anyway, when I was a little girl, we would often go visit my grandmother's sister, Aunt Maddie. She had a rope strung bed with a step to climb in, a strawberry patch with the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted, bellows to stoke the fire in the sitting room and so much more. Processing this image, I was with her once more. Love you and miss you Aunt Maddie.
