Heading South from Trinity, we came across 'Valley of Fires' - we parked and proceeded to go check it out. There was a couple of guys there that had walked farther out and mentioned that this beauty was hiding on a cliff.
I don't like snakes, but was more than willing to go get a shot of this one. I didn't do much exploring at this stop that is for sure.
