Our fall is almost past
Except for the oak tree,
Bringing now its color cast
Of reddish orange to see....

We couldn't help but notice today how our oak trees are now showing color long after our other
trees have lost their leaves. Because the oak trees are the last to hold on to their leaves they stand out even more as they are not upstaged by the confusion of color around them...
