This snail, the dry leaf and 8 mini pebbles found their way into the downspout tray last night. I was fascinated by the patterns and textures and repeated shapes ... even those 7/8 tiny pebbles (untouched by me) follow the contour of the shell. I say it again, "Ain't nature grand?"
