Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Returning form the JPG Meet Up in Richmond I am now back in West Virginia on WV Rt. 39 near Huntersville. They said there that they thought the road to Richwood was open, my photos show they were wrong.

Jolly good shot!!! I like how the trees on the slopes make the mountains look sort of hairy :D
