Five Harlequin Ducks (Histrionicus histrionicus) were sitting on some rocks at Dyer Point, a small rocky peninsula, in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

As a large wave came in, a pair took flight. The other three took off a moment later and were also hit by the wave,
