Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

The mighty God, even the Lord hath spoken....For every beast of the forest is mine and the cattle upon a thousand hills...Psalm 50: 10

The cattle would rest
On the edge of a forest;
To be completely at ease
When it is 50 degrees.
Poetry by me, AJP

I shot this quickly on the passenger side of the car this afternoon as we were driving by the Holstein cows resting in the field, on the way home from buying groceries in a neighboring town.. It was a beautiful day!

My husband and I went for a 5 mile walk around the town where we bought our groceries and we very much enjoyed the pleasant weather... Sometimes in November we are knee deep in snow and it was most unusual to see a few people walking and jogging wearing shorts today.

    Fantastic drive-by shot. The wonderful tones really add mystery to the bare trees and make black cow patterns pop.
