Q: What is the best lens for theater photography?

A: Do you know?

In this one photo, in a large panne in Scarborough Marsh, are FOUR different species of shorebirds.

Left to right: Short-Billed Dowitcher, Long Billed Dowitcher, Lesser Yellowlegs (soft in background) and a Hudsonian Godwit.

To make things more fun, the size variations of the bill on the dowitchers overlap so the actual size of the bill isn't indicative of the species.

THANK YOU to James Harmon McQuilkin for the nomination for photo of the week!
