In this one photo, in a large panne in Scarborough Marsh, are FOUR different species of shorebirds.
Left to right: Short-Billed Dowitcher, Long Billed Dowitcher, Lesser Yellowlegs (soft in background) and a Hudsonian Godwit.
To make things more fun, the size variations of the bill on the dowitchers overlap so the actual size of the bill isn't indicative of the species.
