This very small bird is the smallest of the Wrens. It is a very secretive bird and it stays concealed in wood piles, thorn bushes, underbrush, etc. I waited patiently for this bird to emerge for a moment so I could catch an image.

We have a little house wren that has taken up residence on our front porch in a basket. This is a sweet photo with really nice clarity and muted color.
