We now have a skiff of snow along the shore with freezing also ocurring on the coast. It is coating the rocks with an icy blast, letting us know that Old Man Winter is knocking on our door. This is quite typical for Maine, and we are forecast to get more snow tonight.

Brrr! I'll bet it was cold getting this lovely shot... We experienced a freak snow storm along with rain and sleet on our way home from a 100 mile Thanksgiving trip visiting relatives...but we just have a few patches of snow left on the ground here...I am thankful:)
