Beautiful capture, Charles! I agree with Lynn that it could make a nice book cover. We have grackles here year round. I love to listen to them when they are settling down for the night. Sometimes during the day I hear them and they can sound like a squeaky door. I recorded them when they are settling down for the night and hope to someday get a recording of the squeaky door sound.
