I bought my sequined trimmed pill box hat at a thrift store over a year ago and matched it up today to wear for my self portrait with my sparkly Christmas sweater...My neighbor's daughter gave me the blue Cameo necklace as a Christmas gift last year and it all goes together.
I very well remember how popular the pill box hats became in the early 1960's after First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy wore them..She set the fashion trend for many women during that era.
It was in the 40's today...most unusual for this time of the year and I have been thoroughly loving this weather for our daily 3 mile power walks that my husband and I have continued doing since early July of this year.
