Maddie, my 5 month old Golden Retriever will lay beneath the bird feeder and the birds will land all around her. This one landed on her paw. When she went onto the porch, the bird flew in and again landed on her paw. Maddie went into the kitchen and the chickadee flew to a chair and then flew and landed on her head. I was so astonished at what I was seeing I was just shooting as many pictures as I could get, not thinking about any settings or if the flash was turned on (it wasn't).
