A couple of weeks ago Fred and I got to enjoy family observation week at the Chamberlain School of Performing Arts, where Sasha takes ballet, pre-pointe, and jazz, and Ashlyn a musical theater dance class. Unlike for ballet, the girls in Ashlyn's class don't have to wear a bun or a black leotard. Not only was my seven-year-old granddaughter the only one not in black, she wore bright red and seemed perfectly happy she had. Love it.

What a cutie... I love her positive attitude and the fact that she has a mind of her own, she will go far in this world...The red flower in her hair is pretty also.
