Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

It was so dark out I had to use three lights on the bride and groom. I just made it in time to capture that nice Fall reflection which was quickly gone after storm Sandy. Michael Asaro photo C2012 THE BACKGROUND WAS ABOUT TWO STOPS UNDER WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED. You couldn't even see the bride and groom if I didn't light this up and I was working alone with no assistants!
