Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

The harshness of the cactus and the delicate bird sitting on top makes a fantastic combination and photo!

What a beautiful image of this bird on thorns...He definitely knows how and where to sit where he is getting hurt...Birds are smart.

I read over what I said in February and see that I made a mistake in what I wrote...I meant to
say he definitely knows how and where to sit where he is "Not" getting hurt...I added birds are
smart which is true and a lot smarter than I am in not seeing my mistake until now. LOL
Great choice and entry for the challenge...
