I had a boss when I was in high school that used to say that..his issues were not small ones...great narrative and great image...one must never raise their voice in anger against a childm calm reason works better..when a parent expresses anger etc, the child becomes apprehensive about coming to parent, then the propensity for bad things cme around again and again...love this image and words..
