I am fortunate to have this wonderful pond across the road from where I live. It is filled with beautiful birds, turtles and lots of Blue Heron.
i know that Ted loves this water fowl and I sometimes forget to mention that it is the Blue Heron...this is for you Ted.

I have a creek behind my house and caught one of these guys in a tree, but he flew before I could get close enough for an image. Nice black and white.
