This poor horned owl looks so incredibly bored. Poor guy has been rescued and lives at Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, Florida.

Your title is spot on Don. Unfortunately he probably is very bored. At least this beautiful bird is safe and has something to eat. Very nice shot of him!

The owl does look sad...but on the other side of the coin...The owls in the wild have it very tough over the severe winters such as we've had this year and they have to forage for food...We found evidence that an owl had killed a cottontail rabbit today on our trail ...We used to see this rabbit waiting for us on our walks and it was somewhat on the tame side.. It made its home under the pine trees, but that is nature...This owl looks very well fed and healthy and you got a beautiful shot of him.
