The Lord commanded the clouds from above and opened the doors of heaven...Psalms 78: 23

Oft' we complain of snow
If it drifts shut the front door....
Nevertheless, this much we know...
And the facts we cannot ignore...
When God opens awareness
To restore earths bareness
Purity of white... floods the eye,
With gifts of love from the sky....
Poetry by me AJP

Yes, indeed we are getting more snow today but it is moving closer to spring...The snow gives wonderful moisture on earth for plants and flowers that we look forward to later on.

The overturned wheelbarrow, the motionless tractor all covered in snow...The essence of winter!

You certainly nailed it on the composition! So realistic too. As much as I admire folks who have to put up with this white stuff, I'll let you keep it for now! ☺

A lovely winterscape so beautifully framed by the old weeping willow! We had very heavy fog today, it made for an interesting drive home..
