Clarence is homeless and you can find him somewhere in downtown Chatt.Tn. His favorite hangouts seem to be pizza parlors and local parks. We were leaving Coolidge Park the day we saw him.My husband Bill stopped and talked to him and gave him a little money. Clarence did not ask for it. He seems to be a very gentle soul and he has very kind eyes. Just another unfortunate victim of hard times.
I took this photo from our truck when we were getting ready to leave . Clarence said it was OK .I could have never taken a close up of him without tearing up.

A fantastic portrait and a wonderfully warm story. We only have one or two homeless where I live, and when the temps get into the minus area, I often wonder how they survive!!
