It is not possible to bring the equipment to fill teeth to the small villages, so teeth with decay are pulled. The three dentists in our group pulled between five and six hundred teeth in four days.

It looks like the tooth next to the one that was pulled is loose also...Yikes!!! No doubt the dentist who are pulling the teeth use Novocaine on their patients beforehand to numb the pain... Amazing capture and narrative.
