The Best Mother EVER.
2-24-2013 ~ Fresh Flowers in my yard. (Tiny Wild Flowers)
Wood Sorrels are also known as "wild shamrocks". Shamrocks are, of course, associated with St. Patrick's Day. According to legend, St. Patrick, a missionary, used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity to a tribal chief. The leaf in the lower right is the "shamrock" leaf of this plant.
