Those of you who have been following my site have heard me mention that my husband and I have been walking 3 miles daily since July of last year...So far we have walked over 700 miles.. My husband has lost 20 lbs and he now weighs 153 lbs. .I have dropped 26 pounds and my current weight is 119 lbs.
We also have changed our diet and are eating less meat and more fruits, vegetables and legumes.. We no longer are eating processed foods and are watching the salt content... We use silk almond milk or soy milk over our oatmeal for breakfast. We also do not eat fast foods anymore. We don't live to eat but we eat to live. Most of all it takes discipline to achieve the goal.
