My eleven-year-old granddaughter, Sasha, in her jazz class. The warm up sessions alone in her ballet and jazz classes are incredible workouts.

Thanks everyone. Donald you're right about many folks not realizing what athletes dancers have to be in order to do their best. Though slender, Sasha is very strong. Her gym teacher is most impressed with her strength and agility. Can't tell you how much I enjoy watching her dance. Yes, I'm a very proud Nana:-)
