It is located in Poroto preserved area, known as the Ainu village. The bear is domesticated and familiar enough with the tourist that come. If you see, the pipe is used to feed the bear with the cookie they provide with 100 Yen you can feed the bear with couple piece cookies. This is almost the same like what I see in the Usu area.
