Q: My sister in-law recently gave me a Canon EOS 10D digital camera body. Having only used point and shoot cameras, what would be a good beginners lens to get for this camera? Should I get kit lens to start with?

A: Do you know?

I hiked to the top of Bishop Peak, located in San Luis Obispo, March 21, 2013. It was my first time hiking the peak and it was definitely worth the pain, strong winds, and nippy air. As you can tell, San Luis Obispo is not a small town.
