If you love an image (whether it's yours or someone else's) and want to make sure others get a chance to see it, you can “feature” it by choosing the “Spotlight” button.
When an image is Spotlighted, it receives enhanced visibility in premium spots throughout the site. Spotlighted images are rotated through these higher-visibility positions to ensure the best opportunity for the images to be seen by JPG users.
If you see a great photo that would make a perfect entry for one of our Shoot Out photo contests but it was uploaded by another user, now you can enter that photo in the contest and, if it wins, you get to share in the contest winnings.
Like a photo editor, if you've got an eye for great work, find it and submit it to a contest. If it wins, since you staked the entry fee, you'll take home part of the prize (the rest, of course, goes to the member who shot the image).
Collections are a JPG+ feature. You must be a JPG+ member to create new collections and to add photos to collections.

The Astros are the Houston professional ball team, they play home games in the Minute Maid Park stadium. Lori, our daughter, won a drawing at work and got four $175 tickets, free parking and unlimited food bar for the game. Wow. We went with them and had a great time!!! The Astros were behind so the next to last inning people were leaving the game to get a jump on the traffic. Well, they missed the fantastic last inning play that the Astros made and they won the game!!! It was very exciting, a train (in the photo, between some signs and the Citgo sign), lit up and moved to the other side, fireworks shot up, organ music played and the crowd went wild. During lulls, they put things like the bongo drums in front of the TV screens then scan around to find people who pretend to play the drums. It is very entertaining. Then there is the kiss cam - if you are spotlighted on the screen you are to kiss who you are with. So fun!!!
I took this photo with my iPhone. I thought it was amazing that I got a good photo like this. We were on the second tier from the home plate with this fantastic view of the game.
